Believe it or not, my hand is my favorite of all spanking implements! I love my toys but I am a staunch believer that a proper spanking is always administered with the hand. I love having skin-to-skin contact with my spankee. Hand spanking makes me feel that I have complete control. Hairbrushes are natural spanking implements to use over the knee and intensify a hand spanking. It’s the kind of implement that would be used for someone who misbehaved badly or broke a rule for the second time. I imagine myself as a stern mom or aunt when I use the brush.

Paddles are great spanking implements because they are easy to manipulate and can be used for all kinds of spankings. Generally, leather or sintra paddles sting or bite but wooden paddles really smart.

Paddles come in all shapes and sizes. I enjoy my smaller paddles for OTK spankings. I also like the big paddles because they lend themselves to school scenes and sorority type scenarios. I enjoy playing school and having a naughty student bend over for a designated number of swats. New to my collection is a big oak birthday spanking paddle that’s really fun.

A paddle can be very punishing and I often use a variety of paddles when called upon to administer real, no-nonsense bare-bottom punishment. I love the concept of taking a naughty girl by the ear, marching her to the woodshed and giving her a good old-fashioned bare bottom paddling.

Strap or Belt

Belt spankings and strappings are used in conjunction with many domestic type scenarios and regressive type role plays. Many people remember themselves getting strapped when younger. Belt spankings are good because they are very traditional and most people own a belt.

I use both long straps and short straps. Both can be equally effective when used properly. Strapping positions can vary from bent over a chair to hands on knees to lying on a bed over propped up with pillows. Straps are also great for the diaper position.

Cane

Canes are very British and conjure up so many fantasies. I enjoy playing Nanny or a haughty rich woman with a cane in my hand. The cane is the fiercest of all the spanking implements in my collection. It’s the one that induces fear and brings on the tears.

The cane can be used at various levels of severity. But to be honest, even the lightest caning can sting quite a bit. The cane is also known to produce marks and welts, so be careful.

I own several canes. My favorites were bought in England. I love the wispy sound and unmistakable snap on the bottom. The cane is another spanking implement that’s good to use on the road, as it’s pretty quiet.

Household Items

I love the spanking implements found in most kitchen cupboards. Wooden spoons, spatulas, large mixing spoons and rulers are all great for spontaneous spanking. I like to incorporate these devices when I’m playing the next-door neighbor, babysitter or auntie.

Thinking about household items and spanking makes going to the supermarket or hardware store a very enjoyable chore. If only the cashier knew why I’m buying these particular devices!

The slipper can also be found in the house. I like to use it for effect and a prop, as it really doesn’t teach much of a lesson. Nevertheless, it’s fun to pull out and use every now and again.
